Ruby Maini, President & CEOConnect with Ruby
Ruby founded HR Strategies Consulting to focus on the revolutionary impact that high potential intellectual capital has in providing organizations the competitive edge in the global marketplace. She has consistently excelled at being a strategic business partner, visionary leader and operational team player in implementing entire Human Resources infrastructures from the ground up.
Under Ruby’s leadership, the role of human resources within the many clients she has consulted with have been transformed to the status of front-end strategic business partners. Ruby and her talented team design, implement and monitor strategies based on the company’s “Best in Practice” philosophy. These initiatives have ensured that employees are highly engaged and have showcased exemplary performance resulting in exceeding financial targets and strategic objectives.
Ruby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto as well as the following professional designations; Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS).
Actively involved in her community Ruby sits on the board of The Whitby Mental Health Corporation as vice chair and is an advisory council member for the York Board of Education.

Terri Joosten is an accomplished HR and Sales Professional with more than 20 years experience. She is an HR evangelist who drives business results and enables companies to increase performance and sales results through effective utilization of their most valuable assets, their people.
As an experienced Business Development Executive, Terri has helped drive organizational growth through creating meaningful relationships with clients. She offers software, process and people solutions to help companies achieve their goals.
Ewa Lenkiewicz, HR Solutions Manager
Ewa brings a wide range of experience to HRSC including talent management, learning management, succession planning, personnel development, performance management, benefits administration, time management, payroll, compensation, employee self-service (ESS), manager self-service (MSS), user authorizations and HR analytics and reporting.
Since joining HRSC in 2014, Ewa has been primarily focused on business and systems analysis, assessment, design and reengineering of the HR processes, HRIS systems implementations, prototyping of new HR solutions, and development of HR technology roadmaps for the clients in the private and public sectors.
She is experienced in assisting clients with HRIS implementation process, as well as enhancing and building their existing HRIS tools and improving HR procedures and processes using current HRIS best practices.
Her strong analytical skills combined with solid hands-on experience, big-picture perspective, constant attention to detail, and recognition of the stakeholder needs allow her to build credibility, trust and positive working environment even on the most complex projects.
